About this Model
It takes one sheet of square paper and 13 steps to make the basic masu-style box. A second sheet of square paper, the same size as the sheet used for the box, is cut up into two equal rectangles. It takes one of these rectangles and 4 steps to make the wedge base. It takes the other rectangle and 5 steps to make the lid fastener. It takes an additional 3 steps to insert the wedge base into the box and to secure the lid closed with the fastener. Hence, 25 steps in all for the completed model. UserComments

The wedge base neatens and strengthens the models in which it is inserted, as well as enhancing the appearance of those models. |
